Fit Camp delivers where Pilates and Spin class fail: pushing your body to the limit for increased and better targeted results. This is not your ordinary Fit Camp, but think of it like Personal Training in a group setting. You will be pushing yourself depending on the weight you choose. Members feel comfortable in a guided but self-paced strenuous workout session that is ever-changing and never the same, designed to give you a healthy boost in your training goals. Fit Camp includes, men and women of all ages and fitness levels!

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, Bodies in Motion’s Fit Camp is available to all members for an additional $5.00 per session, with two convenient session times at 5 AM and 8:30 AM.
We also offer a Tuesday, Thursday evening class at 5:45 PM.
