Dr. Oz has some tips on supplements that help you burn fat and get the waistline you’re working in the gym for. The supplements he recommends include:
• 7-Keto: the byproduct of the DHEA hormone in our bodies, it helps boost metabolism, letting “your body’s engines begin burning faster, resulting in less weight gain and a trimmmer belly.”
• Forskolin: found naturally in herbal plants in the mint family, forskolin helps promote the breakdown of fat in human cells, releases fatty acids from adipose tissue, which increases thermogenesis. Translation: your body burns fat easier.
• Caraway Seeds: an ancient remedy for gastrointestinal disorders that is rich in vitamins and minerals. Caraway seeds aid in digestion, eliminate gas, and slow the growth of bad bacteria which get in the way of the good bacteria that helps digest food.
• Relora: made from two herbal plants, the Chinese herbalists used this to promote relaxation. It’s known that when we are stressed, our bodies hold on to fat more and we tend to eat more as well.
